📋 Description

• Support a range of projects across Australia and New Zealand.
• Assess building designs against NCC/BCA provisions.
• Liaise with clients and prepare NCC/BCA compliance reports.
• Collaborate with clients to upgrade fire safety measures.
• Enjoy site visits to view progression and completion of large projects.
• Lead a team and help develop junior building surveyors.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Postgraduate qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent.
• Current Level 1 or Level 2 Building Surveyor registration.
• Knowledge of the BCA/NCC performance requirements.
• Strong time management and organisation skills.
• Enthusiasm for business development highly regarded.
