📋 Description

• Own the vertical commercial reporting end to end, measuring monthly gross profit, reconciling it to
• Run and evolve the analytics stack: the semantic layer, per-brand P&L, LTV cohorts and Single
• Turn retention economics into decisions, using cohort and CRM uplift analysis to guide where budget
• Partner directly with commercial, CRM and Finance stakeholders to answer the questions that move
• Set the reporting standards and mentor junior analysts as the pod grows

🎯 Requirements

• Senior analytics experience owning a commercial vertical end to end, with strong SQL and BigQuery
• Extensive experience building reporting pipelines and, just as important, challenging them
• AI native in how you work: you build and ship reporting with LLM tooling as a default way of
• Grounded in retention and lifetime value economics, cohort analysis and CRM driven measurement, not
• Commercial, board facing judgement: you can turn analysis into a recommendation and defend a number
• You thrive when working as part of a team
