📋 Description

• Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status
• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from product owners and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder review sessions in collaboration with
• Conduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify process improvements on the BX platform.
• Support UAT (user acceptance testing) planning, test script preparation, and stakeholder sign-off.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience/expertise in eliciting and documenting requirements from business and technical
• Author user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and process documentation to a high standard.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage backlog priorities in Jira and Confluence.
• Support UAT planning and execution, serving as a liaison between business and departments.
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack/Teams.
