Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation across multiple programme workstreams.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business processes, challenges and
• Produce and maintain Business Requirements, User Requirements, process maps and supporting
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and programme stakeholders to ensure requirements
• Support backlog refinement, change control, traceability and acceptance criteria definition.
• Contribute to UAT planning and business acceptance activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex technology delivery or transformation
• Strong expertise in business requirements elicitation, requirements documentation, stakeholder
• Confidence working with tools such as Azure DevOps and/or Jira for backlog and requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and translate complex
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across
• Experience in forensics, laboratory environments, LIMS, case management systems or other regulated
