• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or equivalent strategic role in
• Demonstrated ability to act autonomously as a PO: backlog ownership, sprint planning, grooming, and

• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements: use
