📋 Description

• Engage with MGA stakeholders, underwriters, and business teams to gather, analyze, validate, and
• Translate business needs into Sure Commercial configurations, user stories, functional
• Assess existing business processes against platform capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend
• Define and support requirements across commercial insurance products, underwriting, risk
• Design and document broker submission processes and submission-to-bind workflows to improve

🎯 Requirements

• At least eight years of business analysis experience, including substantial hands-on experience in
• Strong understanding of the MGA business model, delegated underwriting operations, and the complete
• Experience working with Managing General Agents, specialty insurers, program administrators, or
• Hands-on experience with at least one commercial insurance platform, ideally involving
• Proven ability to produce high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, functional
• Experience supporting insurance platform implementations, configuration activities, fit-gap
