• Business Requirements Analysis: Engage with MGA stakeholders, underwriters, and business teams to
• Platform Configuration & Functional Design: Translate business needs into Sure Commercial
• Fit-Gap Analysis: Assess existing business processes against platform capabilities, identify gaps
• Commercial Insurance Lifecycle Support: Define and support requirements across commercial insurance
• Broker Workflow Optimization: Design and document broker submission processes and
• Systems Integration: Define and support integrations with rating engines, carriers, brokers

🎯 Requirements

• Professional Experience: At least eight years of business analysis experience, including
• MGA Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the MGA business model, delegated underwriting
• Insurance Industry Background: Experience working with Managing General Agents, specialty insurers
• Insurance Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with at least one commercial insurance platform
• Business Analysis Deliverables: Proven ability to produce high-quality user stories, acceptance
• Implementation & Testing: Experience supporting insurance platform implementations
