📋 Description

• Support the delivery of a major public sector digital transformation programme
• Operate across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases
• Bring clarity to complex policy, operational and technical challenges
• Work closely with Product Managers, User Researchers, Service Designers, Delivery Managers and

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst on UK Government or wider public sector digital
• Strong understanding of the GOV.UK Service Standard, GDS Delivery Framework, and service assessment
• Proven experience working across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live delivery phases
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes including policy, operational, technical and
• Skilled at eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements within complex and ambiguous
• Able to identify user, business and operational needs and translate these into clear requirements
