📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with business and IT
• Serve as the central point of contact between business departments, IT, and data governance teams
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
• Leverage modern AI tools to enhance requirements engineering, documentation, and business analysis
• Design, optimize, and improve business processes with a particular focus on data and master data
• Support testing activities, data migration efforts, and go-live preparations to ensure successful

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to support business analysis, process optimization, and
• Strong background within the financial services industry, such as banking, insurance, or asset
• Excellent command of English (German is considered a strong asset / required, depending on project
• Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives
