Senior Business Analyst – SAP S/4HANA

📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements for inventory
• Assess existing SAP ECC processes and map current-state workflows, identifying opportunities to
• Conduct fit-gap analyses to evaluate differences between current business operations and future
• Translate business requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications to support SAP
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and migration
• Support data mapping and migration activities, helping ensure business data is accurately aligned

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of business analysis experience within SAP programs, with strong functional
• Practical knowledge of both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including a strong understanding of enterprise
• Proven experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements, as well as
• Hands-on experience with business process mapping, current-state and future-state analysis, fit-gap
• Experience supporting data mapping, test case development, UAT planning, test coordination, and
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to produce clear, structured, and accurate functional
