📋 Description

• Deliver contact center performance improvement via relevant NiCE solutions, resulting in highly
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction
• Provide strong proven subject matter expertise to guide customers through recommendations and best
• Facilitate Application Design Workshops and configuration, application usage testing, and best
• Collaborate with Business Consultant to align application design with project success criteria
• Provide input into project plans, deadlines, dependencies, and VRS activities

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of WFM, Quality and Analytics solutions (NiCE WFM, Nexidia, QC a plus)
• 5+ years total, minimum 3 years supporting contact center with Workforce Management, Quality
• Proven ability to work independently, handle stakeholders, provide thought leadership
• Support contact center teams with operational performance improvements
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Multi-industry experience preferred
