📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth analysis over incidents addressed to Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, Fraud
• Follow up and address potential changes to the root cause of identified issues. Track the
• Collaborate across Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, and Fraud, and leverage relationships
• Ensure that services and billing processes are comprehensively documented. Ensure that processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Product and Engineering agile environments, including microservices, also directly
• Experience with SQL technology such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and English
• Software quality and test automation mindset
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and pattern recognition
• Ability to translate complex billing/revenue issues into clear, actionable findings for both
