• Proven experience building AI-powered recruiting workflows that transform sourcing
• Comfortable moving quickly with incomplete information; push for faster decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication; craft outreach that converts
• Highly organized with attention to detail; manage many requisitions
• High-touch candidate and hiring manager experience; relationship-focused
