📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, gather requirements, and
• Architect and deliver enterprise analytics solutions, including CRM Analytics datasets, recipes
• Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics and business intelligence initiatives, overseeing solution
• Serve as the technical authority for the CRM Analytics platform by establishing development
• Mentor developers and analysts on CRM Analytics, Power BI, data modeling, reporting, and enterprise
• Connect data across Salesforce, Oracle, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms to develop

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or
• Strong experience partnering with business stakeholders to solve complex problems through analytics.
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, including data modeling, dashboard development
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, dimensional data modeling, and enterprise
• Experience integrating data from Salesforce, Oracle, ERP, CRM, and comparable platforms.
• Proven leadership of complex analytics initiatives and mentoring of developers and analysts.
