Senior Business Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze, integrate, manipulate, and visualize complex datasets using SQL and enterprise data
• Develop long-term data solutions in collaboration with IT, consolidating multiple
• Elicit, document, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements based on user needs
• Develop project plans, timelines, requirements documentation, and Agile user stories to support
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders across reporting, analytics, operations, sales channels
• Document end-to-end data processes, including business rules, source-to-target mappings, process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis, business intelligence
• Advanced hands-on experience with T-SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Snowflake
• Advanced SQL skills, including querying, data manipulation, integration, and working with large and
• Experience with API integration, data mining, cost-benefit analysis, and developing impactful data
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications
