Senior Campaign Manager, Paid Social (Pacific Time Hours)

📋 Description

• Independently manage paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, owning
• Optimize ad placements, targeting, and creative strategies to meet client objectives.
• Conduct performance analysis and reporting using Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-tier client accounts, managing 5–8 small accounts
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and audience
• Address client escalations autonomously and propose resolution plans as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of agency and e-commerce experience.
• Familiarity with various advertising ecosystems across ALL major social media platforms.
• Experience and confidence working in a client-facing role.
• Experience managing multiple clients with monthly budgets ranging between $50,000-$500,000+/month
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, TripleWhale, Northbeam, and Shopify backend.
• Strong knowledge of paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
