Senior Category Manager, Home - Bedding UK/EU

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end merchandising for the Bedding category across UK/EU including assortment execution
• Execute regional merchandising strategy in partnership with US Product Merchandising and
• Contribute to product ideation, helping shape new product opportunities and business cases
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Regional Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Technical
• Analyse trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and take ownership of actions to improve
• Support pricing and assortment decisions for the region

🎯 Requirements

• Role is based in London / Madrid or Berlin with 4 days per week in-office requirement
• 8-10 years of retail buying or category experience in Home Textiles / Bedding, with demonstrated
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience, with exposure to both startup and established (blue-chip) brands
• Proven track record of progressing within an organisation and demonstrating continuous growth in
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Strong product awareness, with a commercial mindset and attention to detail
