Senior Category Manager, Indirect Sourcing & Procurement

📋 Description

• Actively support sourcing strategies for logistics and distribution.
• Optimize total direct and indirect costs with stakeholders.
• Lead sourcing and cost-saving initiatives across categories.
• Manage RFx, bid definition, negotiations, and contract docs.
• Align procurement with SOX controls and fiduciary rules.
• Communicate cost savings results to leadership and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in indirect procurement (logistics, marketing, tech).
• Education in Business, Economics, SCM or related field.
• Ability to build relationships, set goals, resolve problems.
• Highly results-oriented with a proven track record.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Flexible to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
