Senior Cell Assay Support Specialists

📋 Description

• Provides pre- and post-sale technical support for cellular and biochemical assay products to
• Assesses client needs/issues and determines the best course of action: troubleshooting assays
• Provides feedback to business to drive product improvements and serves as key member of committee
• Reviews product documents (user manuals, datasheets) for accuracy before release
• Assists with development and maintenance of customer case management tools
• Supports other customer support and sales team members; assists with training of technical support

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or MS in cell biology, pharmacology, or related discipline
• 1-2 years (PhD) or 2-4 years (MS) of experience with cell-based assays
• Experience with assay development, particularly cell-based assays
• Experience training biological scientists on cell-based/biochemical assays preferred
• Strong understanding of cell signaling biology and basic pharmacology
• Adept at diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving complex technical problems
