📋 Description

Serve as primary contact for pre/post-sale technical support
Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate investigations
Document inquiries and complaint resolutions in CRM system
Support product documentation development and revisions
Assist with training of technical support representatives
Participate in web conferences for pre/post-sale support

🎯 Requirements

PhD/MS in cell biology, pharmacology or related discipline
1-2 years (PhD) or 2-4 years (MS) experience with cell-based assays
Strong understanding of cell signaling biology and pharmacology
Experience with assay development and troubleshooting
Knowledge of kinases, receptor biology (GPCRs, RTKs, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, GraphPad Prism, Teams
