Senior Change Communication Consultant (M/F/D)

📋 Description

• Define and drive the change communication strategy for the programme
• Develop clear narratives around complex digital transformation initiatives
• Create communication through channels such as news articles, Viva Engage, Teams, video and employee
• Ensure consistent messaging across different teams and organisational levels
• Coordinate with external suppliers involved in content creation, including video and visual content
• Establish ways to measure communication impact and continuously improve the approach

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in change communication, internal communication or
• Experience in the energy or utilities sector is required
• Experience within a large, complex or international organisation is an advantage
• Strong experience communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership
• Able to build trust and align stakeholders across different teams and organisational levels
• Experience supporting organisational change and cultural transformation
