📋 Description

• Global Partnership Development: Build and scale strategic partnerships with brokerage firms
• End-to-End Partnership Management: Own the full partnership lifecycle, including market mapping
• Commercial Strategy & Optimization: Develop and optimize revenue-sharing structures, incentive
• Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new partnership channels, customer segments, and geographic
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global financial-market trends, evolving customer
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, marketing, operations, compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2–5 years of experience in business development, strategic
• Experience working with international or multi-market financial platforms is preferred.
• Strong understanding of brokerage, investment, or trading ecosystems, including partnership
• Existing relationships with brokerage firms, financial platforms, financial content creators
• Familiarity with, or strong interest in, digital assets and crypto, with the ability to understand
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with a
