Senior Client Solutions Manager, Sports & Entertainment

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and carry responsibility for Net Revenue Retention
• Build trusted relationships with senior brand-side stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner
• Coordinate Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product teams to maintain alignment, efficient
• Lead client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs, building
• Translate campaign and account data into actionable recommendations, presenting performance against
• Use AI tools and workflows daily to accelerate reporting, renewal modeling, upsell preparation

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, including substantial experience
• Hands-on campaign experience and strong working knowledge of Meta and TikTok.
• Demonstrated success in account growth and retention, with the ability to quantify results and
• Previous experience being measured against revenue, retention, or Net Revenue Retention targets
• Direct experience managing and developing people, including conducting one-on-ones, managing
• Strong experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows to improve execution speed, insight
