  • Veterinary hospital experience is required.
  • Strong written communication and ability to draft clear customer messages.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and independent troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools to gather info.
  • Familiar with customer support tools (Zendesk a plus).
  • Flexible and agile, ability to pivot quickly.
