📋 Description

• Serve as clinical SME embedded in product and AI teams.
• Lead first-line clinical risk and workflow assessments for features.
• Review AI-enabled documentation, workflows, and high-risk modules.
• Identify clinical safety risks and escalate early where appropriate.
• Manage Clinical Affairs intake and triage across tools (Aha, Jira, escalations).
• Prioritize requests by clinical risk, product impact, and urgency.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) designation.
• Senior-level clinical experience; long-term/post-acute care preferred.
• Experience reviewing clinical workflows, documentation, or risk assessments.
• Ability to interpret and translate clinical requirements into product contexts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Preferred: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent advanced education.
