Hiring, retention, performance management, mentoring, and development of clinical research team
Provide leadership and oversight to clinical research team including accompanied site visits
Accelerate priority programs through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Conduct trend analysis and gap assessments to identify training and development opportunities
Proactively identify team needs, remove obstacles, and propose solutions
Support, train, and oversee personnel to maintain audit and inspection readiness

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors or equivalent degree, health related (e.g. Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy)
Minimum 5 years monitoring experience plus at least 1 year of direct line management experience
Advanced interpersonal skills
Flexibility to changing requirements
Proactive and positive team player
Strong planning and organizational skills
