🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in a health-related field (e.g., medicine, natural
• At least 3 years of on-site and remote monitoring experience in clinical studies of phases 1-4, as
• Planning skills, excellent organizational talent, analytical thinking, independent and structured
• Excellent social skills, enthusiasm, self-reflection, flexibility, and persuasion.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
