Conduct site evaluation, site training, routine on-site and off-site monitoring, and site closure

Develop recruitment and retention plans based on patient journey
Mentor and train less experienced CRAs

🎯 Requirements

Appropriate tertiary qualification in health related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Pharmacy
Minimum of 3 years of clinically related experience
2 years of independent clinical research monitoring of trials
Knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines
Advanced communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Superior planning and organizational skills
