📋 Description

• Train, mentor, and supervise junior CRAs in their study-level responsibilities, supporting their
• Prepare, conduct, and report site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits.
• Deliver training sessions for investigators, site staff, and project teams to support consistent
• Work on complex clinical studies, ensuring monitoring activities are completed accurately and in
• Perform Case Report Form (CRF) reviews, source document verification, and clinical data query
• Manage site communications and relationships, serving as a key contact for clinical investigators

🎯 Requirements

• College or university degree in Life Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education, training
• At least 3 years of independent, on-site clinical monitoring experience in Mexico, as specified in
• Experience conducting all types of monitoring visits for Phase II and/or Phase III clinical trials.
• Full professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Willingness and availability to travel as required by study responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
