📋 Description

Serve as SME for Clinical Systems and drive adoption.
Update clinical templates and manage help desk tickets.
Oversee integrations between Clinical System and EDC.
Assist with version releases, testing, and UAT.
Create processes, procedures, and trainings for Clinical Systems.
Support inspection/audit prep and CAPA activities.

🎯 Requirements

5 years of experience with Clinical Systems
Experience with CTMS, EDC, eTMF, RTMS and integrations
Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare/science/business
Strong communication with IT partners
Ability to learn new systems and integrations
Strong problem-solving and independent issue resolution
