Senior Collections Specialist – Fintech & Commercial Finance

📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of high-balance, complex delinquent commercial accounts based on
• Evaluate business cash flow and financial health to structure viable repayment plans, settlements
• Act as the primary escalation point for sensitive, high-value, or severe risk collections cases.
• Conduct due diligence, financial research, and risk evaluations to minimize losses and prevent
• Track, analyze, and report portfolio performance metrics and delinquency trends directly to
• Ensure strict adherence to FDCPA standards, state/federal regulations, and internal compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of collections experience handling complex, high-balance, or high-risk accounts within
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical
• Exceptional verbal and written English skills (C1/C2) with proven de-escalation
• Proficiency with CRM systems, collections software, ACH banking processes, and Microsoft Excel.
• Deep understanding of FDCPA guidelines and U.S. commercial collections regulations.
