  • Own activation plans for GTM initiatives, product launches, field plays, and revenue motions.
  • Translate insights into narratives, talk tracks, and field resources.
  • Partner with Sales, CS, Agency, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Insights to align messaging and plans.
  • Build/scale enablement programs for product adoption, expansion, value storytelling, and campaigns.
  • Create exec-ready updates on activation progress, adoption trends, risks, blockers, and actions.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks, templates, frameworks, and operating rhythms across regions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS, ad tech, martech, or other complex B2B environments.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region commercial teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, LMS, CMS, AI-enabled workflows, or revenue intelligence platforms.
  • Experience creating executive reviews, strategic playbooks, adoption reporting, or operating rhythms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex information for exec updates.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence across functions and levels.
