Senior Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial agreements with enterprise
• Own the company’s most strategic transactions end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Support the launch and scaling of new payment, card, treasury, and digital asset products
• Develop scalable legal infrastructure — templates, negotiation playbooks, contracting standards
• Advise on vendor, technology, SaaS, data, and infrastructure agreements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, regulatory, privacy, finance, and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a qualified lawyer in-house, at a top law firm, or in a government agency.
• Deep expertise in commercial contracts and building scalable legal infrastructure, ideally at
• Experience in payments, fintech, banking, digital assets, treasury, card, or other regulated
• Highly collaborative, solutions-oriented, and biased toward action and impact.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical
