• Structure, negotiate, and close enterprise sales, partnership, vendor, services, data licensing
• Act as a trusted legal partner to sales and business development teams, providing practical

🎯 Requirements

• JD, LLM, or equivalent law degree or professional qualification from an accredited institution.
• 5–12+ years of legal practice experience, gained in-house, at a law firm, or across both
• Strong experience handling international commercial transactions, particularly enterprise
• Solid knowledge of intellectual property, privacy, data security, and data licensing, with
• Practical experience with data protection frameworks and cross-border data transfer mechanisms
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to navigate complex or ambiguous legal issues while
