• Lead commercial transactions from intake through post-signature management, partnering with
• Advise on legal and business risks, explain complex terms clearly, and recommend practical
• Support matters across supply chain; business development, product, and partnerships; intellectual
• Train cross-functional teams on commercial contracting requirements, best practices, and effective
• Help implement and launch a new contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, including templates
• Streamline and automate contracting processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of legal experience in a fast-growing, technology-focused company, top-tier law firm, or a
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including the
• Experience advising high-growth technology businesses and translating complex legal issues into
• Working knowledge of intellectual property, privacy, liability and risk allocation, and supply
• Strong legal judgment and business acumen, with the ability to assess risk, present clear options
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, build trust with business leaders, and
