📋 Description

• Structure, negotiate, and close enterprise sales, partnership, vendor, services, data licensing
• Act as a trusted legal partner to sales and business development teams
• Bring strong customer and commercial awareness to negotiations
• Design and implement scalable legal processes, including standardized deal terms, templates
• Provide practical advice on privacy, intellectual property, data security, data licensing, and
• Advise on cross-border commercial and regulatory matters across the UK, EU, and APAC

🎯 Requirements

• JD, LLM, or equivalent law degree or professional qualification from an accredited institution
• 5–12+ years of legal practice experience, gained in-house, at a law firm, or across both
• Strong experience handling international commercial transactions, particularly enterprise
• Solid knowledge of intellectual property, privacy, data security, and data licensing
• Practical experience with data protection frameworks and cross-border data transfer mechanisms
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to navigate complex or ambiguous legal issues
