📋 Description

• Support the ongoing view of player and revenue performance across the business, including
• Analyse the full player lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding through early engagement and
• Break down sportsbook and casino performance across key commercial levers, including player
• Connect acquisition quality, onboarding, product changes, campaigns, and incentives with player
• Support commercial and product initiatives by defining measures of success, establishing baseline
• Investigate movement in retention, revenue, payback, and player value to identify the cohorts

🎯 Requirements

• Has experience in iGaming or betting and at least two years’ experience in a commercial, analytics
• Understands player economics and lifecycle metrics, including retention, LTV, payback, and ARPU.
• Has strong analytical skills and can identify trends, investigate performance, and draw clear
• Has hands-on experience with data and BI tools such as Omni, Looker, Tableau, or similar, alongside
• Is comfortable working with dashboards, reports, and large datasets; SQL or experience working
• Can turn analysis into clear, actionable insight and explain findings in a simple, structured way.
