Senior Commercial Lending Solutions Consultant

📋 Description

• Partner with financial institution clients and internal stakeholders to design commercial lending
• Establish a comprehensive understanding of customer lending goals, current processes, operational
• Facilitate business requirements and solution design workshops focused on commercial loan
• Lead and support solution design activities by evaluating alternative approaches, developing
• Define implementation scope, process flows, project estimates, timelines, assumptions
• Support commercial discussions covering project scope, technical capabilities, implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish or French language capabilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending workflows, including loan origination, underwriting, risk
• Professional experience in commercial banking, commercial credit, pre-sales, customer success
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead client workshops, gather and synthesize business
• Experience supporting solution design, project scoping, implementation estimation, proposal

🎁 Benefits

• Anticipated base salary of $119,100–$172,650 USD annually, with the final offer depending on
