Senior Commercial Strategy Manager, Financial Services & Insurance

📋 Description

• Lead growth and usage of Adyen's FS & Insurance services globally; boost market share.
• Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing; communicate to Sales/AM/Partnerships.
• Partner with regional Heads of Sales to execute market strategy.
• Identify new logos, support prospecting, tailor value props, drive sales to close.
• Develop and refine segmentation of FS & Insurance customer portfolio; prioritize high-potential segments.
• Articulate product-specific value propositions; collect feedback for opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in commercial strategy/consulting in tech; fintech preferred.
• Enterprise and Platform business model experience is a plus.
• Expert FS & Insurance knowledge: trends, competition, regulation.
• Experience with FS/Insurance leaders to drive financial success.
• Global, multi-cultural, fast-paced commercial environment experience.
• Build relationships with internal teams and C-level execs.
