📋 Description

• Build and deepen relationships with top-tier business and tech journalists, editors, and podcasters
• Drive earned media strategy for major announcements, including corporate news, partnerships, product milestones, and industry leadership moments
• Prepare executives and subject matter experts for media appearances and interviews
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, HR, Product to align comms with business goals
• Drive thought leadership that elevates Cresta
• Spot emerging narratives in AI/CX/enterprise tech early and identify opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in corporate communications at high-growth B2B AI/tech companies
• Exceptional written and verbal communications; adaptable voice across audiences and formats
• Sharp messaging instincts; you can find the story inside business updates
• Established relationships with journalists, editors, and podcasters in enterprise tech and AI
• Strong media skills; track trending topics across traditional and emerging media
• Strong project management; manage multiple high-priority workstreams
