• Own and develop programs that recognize and reward community members, celebrating people who've

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing community, customer advocacy, or ambassador programs, including real experience
• Background in a customer-facing function such as support, community, or customer success, with the
• Strong project management skills, with experience running multiple concurrent programs, campaigns
• Comfort and fluency working with AI tools, plus everyday tools like Slack, Notion, Monday, RSVPify
• A high degree of autonomy, able to manage priorities and execute independently with minimal
• A deep, genuine care for our customers and community members.
