Maintain data protection documentation
Track regulatory developments and run internal training
Work closely with external DPO
Keep compliance policies and documentation current
Monitor regulatory change and translate into business processes

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in a generalist legal, compliance, or privacy role
Ideally in-house at a scale-up
Hands-on experience in compliance, privacy, or contract negotiation
Solid working knowledge of GDPR and German compliance frameworks
Exposure to AI governance is a plus
Fluent German and English
