📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate program management activities across the Brand Integrity pillar, including
• Support the operational governance of card-network and alternative payment method related integrity
• Manage program plans, trackers, decision logs, action items, and governance routines for
• Coordinate intake and triage of merchant, partner, and network-related issues that require
• Partner with the first line, Risk, Legal, Commercial, Partnerships, and regional stakeholders to
• Help maintain clear documentation, playbooks, and training materials for brand-integrity topics

🎯 Requirements

• Around 5+ years of experience in program management, compliance, risk, operations, merchant
• Familiarity with card-network compliance, merchant risk, high-risk verticals, or brand-integrity
• Comfortable working across global teams and time zones, and able to drive progress without direct
• Demonstrated ability to build structure in ambiguous environments and maintain momentum on
• Experience working with merchant models such as payment facilitators or marketplaces is a plus.
