Senior Construction Estimator/Project Manager – Remote Denver, CO

📋 Description

• Building complete, accurate cost estimates for multi-family, residential, and commercial projects
• Responding to RFPs and preparing bid packages, including opportunities at the city, county, and
• Building rapport with stakeholders - representing the company in person and virtually during bid
• Soliciting and evaluating subcontractor pricing to support well-rounded, competitive bids
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and scopes of work to identify project risks and cost-saving
• Partnering with project managers and leadership to develop and refine project budgets

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive construction estimating experience, ideally including government RFPs
• A track record of successful bids across multi-family, residential, and commercial projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and comfortable using AI tools
• Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and building codes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to earn the trust of clients and
• A confident, persuasive presence – comfortable walking stakeholders through the numbers
