📋 Description

• Lead implementation of projects on site from early phases to completion
• Manage site team, contractors, and suppliers with safety as top priority
• Translate plans and design into safe, efficient, and successful execution
• Play a key role in project outcomes and decision-making near production

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Construction Manager, Site Manager, or Site Manager in large industrial projects
• Participated in several multidisciplinary projects in the process industry, preferably as EPCM
• Strong leader who builds safe and high-performing teams
• Good understanding of buildability, assembly, and contract management
• Willing to work on site and travel within Sweden
• Driver's license class B
