📋 Description

• Shape and improve the AI Data Enablement process, making it easier and faster for AI teams to
• Gather and translate requirements across data access, data platforms and integration into clear
• Help define and deliver reusable data products, with a focus on data discovery, quality, governance
• Partner with business, Data, AI/ML, Technology and Risk teams to align requirements and drive
• Define and manage scope, priorities, dependencies and timelines, proactively identifying and
• For Senior hires, lead complex workstreams and help shape the roadmap and target-state data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of Business Analyst with experience in data, AI/analytics, or technology transformation.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data access, integration and data products.
• Experience with data discovery, governance, quality, lineage and/or data risk.
• Ability to turn complex business needs into clear requirements, processes and delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
