• Lead current-state assessments across data governance, ownership, operating models and the

• Strong experience delivering data governance initiatives within banking or financial services.
• Experience assessing and designing data operating models, including ownership, accountability and
• Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to turn complex findings into clear requirements
• Experience assessing business or data use cases and understanding their implications across the
• A practical understanding of responsible AI principles and the importance of governance
