Senior Consultant — Enterprise Change & Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead OCM activities including change strategies, impact assessments, and adoption plans
• Design scalable change capabilities like Centers of Excellence and governance models
• Coach managers and business leaders to guide teams through organizational changes
• Lead enterprise digital transformation roadmaps and translate priorities into plans
• Use data and analytics to measure adoption and recommend strategy adjustments
• Manage engagement workstreams and mentor consultants

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Organizational Change Management or related field
• Prosci certification and strong ADKAR framework knowledge
• Experience with data and analytics to measure change adoption
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled OCM tools
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%
