Execute transformation projects in Risk & Regulatory at clients
Perform complex analyses, identify important issues, and create relevant solutions and action plans
Manage relevant methodological concepts and tools and implement them at client organizations
Identify and develop commercial opportunities within expertise together with the team
Guide other consultants in achieving deliverables and facilitate personal development
Provide internal and external training to share knowledge

🎯 Requirements

Completed Master's Degree
At least 4 years of experience as a consultant in the financial services industry within Risk &amp
Proficiency in French and English (Luxembourgish is a plus)
Knowledge of financial sector products, trends, and processes on a strategic or operational level
Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems
Team player with the ability to work independently and share thoughts
