Senior Consultant--Human Services Subject Matter Expert

📋 Description

• Serve as human services subject matter expert on consulting engagements
• Support state Health and Human Services agencies
• Lead the human services business operations team for the Guam engagement
• Lead and support project delivery within timelines and budgets
• Support implementation of new federal regulations and waivers
• Lead development of project artifacts and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Public Health, Social Services, or a related field (or
• At least 8 years of experience working with/for state government agencies responsible for human
• Strong knowledge of state government human services programs, services, policies, and operating
• Experience with SNAP, TANF, Child Support, Child Care, or comparable human services programs
• Experience leading project teams and delivering client-facing work within timelines and budgets
• Strong project management, organizational, and self-management skills
